There are many wonderful herbs for immune and respiratory support. We’ve had many questions about what to do now during "respiratory" season and what can be done if you get exposed to or become sick from a respiratory free radical. I only recommend what I myself have done and continue to do for my family and many other families. 

BEFORE EXPOSURE:

In mid-August I start Elderberry and Respiratory READY for the whole family.

Kids dose: 1 dropper (20 drops) of both products in the same glass w a splash of juice first thing in the AM.

Adult dose: 2 droppers (40 drops) of both products in the same glass w a splash of juice first thing in the AM.

And you are done building immune support for the day! REPEAT…REPEAT…REPEAT

WHEN EXPOSED:

Don’t panic we all know this is going to happen. Stress and anxiety contribute to illness so DO NOT DO IT! Reduce all inflammatory foods; gluten, sugar, dairy, processed foods and oils, non-organic meats, etc. Look up anti-inflammatory diet to get some great ideas and I promise you will be surprised how easy it is. Double your water intake. My rule of thumb is 1oz of water per pound of body weight. It’s a lot but flushing the system is necessary. We will also begin using BodEASE at this time. Although this is an ibuprofen alternative, herbs are way cooler than pharmaceuticals. This formula has 3 powerhouse anti-inflammatory herbs in it and reducing inflammation in the lungs and sinuses is vital at this stage.

Kids dose: 2 droppers (40 drops) of all three products in the same glass w a splash of juice in the morning and early evening.

Adult dose: 4 droppers (80 drops) of all three products in the same glass w a splash of juice in the morning and early evening.

FREE RADICAL HAS STRUCK:

At this point you may have a few symptoms, hollow throat, body pain, mucus, headache. This is normal and once again DO NOT PANIC. Continue with anti-inflammatory diet and 2x water intake (as stated above, 1oz per pound of body weight). 

I would add one final product and that is the Seasonal Allergy Tea. Although this product was created for allergies what it does in the sinuses and respiratory system is important to fight respiratory viruses. It acts as a natural antihistamine and reduces swelling and increases oxygen movement. You can see why this is an important addition.

Kids dose: 2 droppers (40 drops) of all three products in the same glass w a splash of juice 4 times per day. Add 2-4 cups of Seasonal Allergy Tea as well.

Adult dose: 4 droppers (80 drops) of all three products in the same glass w a splash of juice 4 times per day. Add 2-4 cups of Seasonal Allergy Tea as well.
